How to connect

Company subscribers (except PRIVET subscribers) – individuals, citizens of the Republic of Belarus - can activate the service at the company’s sales and service centers or from official attorneys on the basis of an application form established by the company upon presentation of a passport.

PRIVET subscribers can connect ISSA independently using the USSD request *126*5# and the call key. In response to the incoming USSD request, you need to indicate the PUK 1 code of the SIM card you are using.

After connecting to the ISSA service, you must register on the page www.internet.velcom.by. To do this, you need to enter your subscriber number, and then send a USSD request (*141*0# and call key). In response, you will receive a unique 6-digit password (valid for 1 hour).

To change the password, you must use the "Advanced" menu item. You can choose any combination of six digits for your personal password, and also set its validity period to up to 1 year.

Attention! Actions performed through the CCIS using a password are equivalent to actions performed by the subscriber personally. The subscriber is personally responsible for the safety of his password. If it is disclosed, you must personally inform the company’s service department specialists (upon presentation of your passport).

Locking password access

Subscribers of the company (except PRIVET subscribers) can temporarily block access to the password. Shutdown

Subscribers of the company (except for PRIVET subscribers) can disable the ISSA service at their own discretion by personally contacting the company’s sales and service center or the company’s official attorneys and filling out the appropriate application (upon presentation of a passport).

PRIVET subscribers can independently disable ISSA using the USSD request *126*5# and the call key. To use the service again, you need to reconnect it using a USSD request and register on the website www.internet.velcom.by.
