1 day of departure plus 2 working days of transfer between post offices and plus a day for delivery to the address. This turns out to be a minimum of 4 calendar days (provided that this period does not fall on an official holiday).
First class refers to expedited domestic shipments, therefore, when calculating how long it takes for an urgent letter to arrive by mail in Russia, the deadlines listed above are adhered to.
How much cheaper is it to send a letter first class?
In fact, the delivery speed of such an item is higher than a regular shipment, since the sorting of correspondence is accelerated (it is done directly at the post office, and not at a sorting unit).
